I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated the hotel facilities, including the onsen and laundry machines. The fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet was very good, and the croissants were tasty. this hotel was clean and had a convenient location.

For those who drive, the hotel has a spacious parking lot. the onsen and washing facilities were a welcome addition to the hotel amenities. Had a great Xmas at this hotel! The onsen was amazing, I loved how clean and well-maintained it was. Another great feature was the washing machines and dryers, super convenient. , the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was a bit far from the train station, and it was a bit of a walk to get there. , I found the buffet scrambled eggs to be a bit gross, but the croissants were delicious.
